• Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at shopcozyconnected@gmail.com. Please include your order number and photos of the issue.

  • If the error was ours, we will make it right by providing a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost to you.

• Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns and exchanges on unused, unwashed items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

• Non-Returnable Items

  • For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on items that have been worn, washed, damaged after delivery, or are not in their original condition.
